Beginnings

From the age of five, I called northwestern Italy home. A hillside village, close to the Cinque Terre, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and the Mediterranean sea. My friends were drawn from the local community and from the international school I attended. My relationships spanned cultures, languages and behavioral norms. I learned early on that people see the world through different lenses, and that those differences, when welcomed, create something far richer than uniformity ever could.

That spirit of connection stuck with me. In Italy, “A tavola!” was more than a call to eat, it was a call to gather. The table was always full, always open, a space to share stories, trade ideas, laugh, sing, and make sense of the world together.

Today, I try to bring that same philosophy to my work.

I’ve spent my career in technology. The last several years have been dedicated to building and scaling SaaS companies, creating products and go-to-market strategies rooted in storytelling. Because storytelling creates connection. I’ve had the good fortune to lead in high-growth ventures, build high-performing teams, and to help organizations navigate transformational change and successful exits.

I believe long-term success is intentional. It happens when teams align not just on what they do, but why and how they do it.

My professional passion lies in helping organizations create the bonds that propel a team to perform at their very best. These come in the rhythm of daily work, working side by side in pursuit of a shared goal, overcoming obstacles, celebrating triumphs, and navigating the twists and turns of the journey together.

And to steal from Kipling, “If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster, and treat these two imposters just the same” - at the end of the day, it is the journey that you are fortunate enough to share with the human beings on your team that is the real victory.

The beautiful Italian coast.
